We choose to support local industry in most of our purchasing and take pride in the knowledge that all of our products are made with the best quality ingredients, are low in salt and fat and have almost no preservatives, additives or colourings.
We only use durum semolina in our pasta, rather than a mix of flours to maximize nutritive value and minimize food intolerance.
